Privacy Policy

Video Lock: Block Touch Screen ("the app") is developed by FightTech. This policy explains what the app does with your data.
Permissions
The app asks only for what its features need:
- Display over other apps — lets Video Lock draw its layer over the app you are using. The layer only ignores touches; it does not capture the screen or read what you type.
- Notifications (Android 13+) — shows the Unlock button while touch is blocked, and the optional Lock buttons when it is not.
- Vibrate — used only for the optional short vibration when the lock ends.
- Internet — needed for ads, Google Play purchases, and anonymous usage and crash statistics.
Data stored on your device
Zones, zone sets, settings and the unlock PIN are kept only on your device, and the PIN is saved only as a salted hash. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it deletes them.
Analytics and crash reporting
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand aggregate usage (for example which screens and features are used) and to fix crashes. These services collect device information such as model, OS version, coarse app-usage events and crash stack traces. This data does not include your screen content, what you type, your zones or your PIN, and is processed under Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The free version of the app may show ads served by Google AdMob and Unity Ads. To request and measure an ad, these networks receive your device's advertising ID, IP address and basic device information (model, OS version, country, language). This is declared on the app's Google Play Data safety page. Their handling of that data is governed by Google's advertising policies and the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested, and your choice is respected on every later launch.
Removing ads: buying any Premium plan (monthly, yearly or lifetime) turns ads off completely. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.
What we do not do
- No account, no sign-up, no personal profile.
- We never sell your personal data, and we never send your screen content, what you type, your zones or your PIN anywhere.
- Apart from the advertising and analytics identifiers described above, no data is shared with third parties.
Children
The app is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13.
